Kadant Johnson Announces $50,000 Pledge to Three Rivers Promise In Addition to Funding Match Challenges The Three Rivers Promise received a huge boost to its fundraising efforts this week when Kadant Johnson pledged $50,000 to the scholarship program. In addition, Kadant Johnson will match all corporate donations up to an additional $50,000. The Run For The Future 5K Race/1 Mile Walk was a success! Many thanks to our sponsors, runners, walkers, volunteers, and everyone behind the scenes. You made this amazing community event possible and helped the Three Rivers Promise get closer to our phase one goal. We raised over $20,000! The weather was fantastic, and while the course was challenging, we believe everyone had a good time. We're already looking forward to next year's race!
Three Rivers Promise extends a great thank you to Kendra Dillivan Eldridge of Century 21! As 2022 began, she challenged herself and other businesses to support the Promise. Kendra pledged to donate 10% of her net earnings from every closing on the sale of a home in the Three Rivers School District to the Promise. Last week she sent us her first payment on that pledge! In the spirit of National Ugly Christmas Sweater Day, Nikki Nash, the interim superintendent of TRCS, presented the Three Rivers Promise with a check for $2815!
